The Healthy Lifestyle Program is a 6-month program designed specifically for those who want to take charge of their health and wellbeing.

We live and work in an environment that makes it difficult to live a healthy lifestyle. It takes effort and determination to prevent and manage various health conditions like overweight, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Perhaps we know the basics of a healthy lifestyle. The challenge is turning information into action and creating the right behaviors.

The Healthy Lifestyle Program is a 6-month program designed specifically for those who want to take charge of their health and wellbeing. Over the course of twelve, 2-hour seminars, you will learn how to build healthy behaviors through a combination of individual and group exercises.

You will use lessons from the seminars to pursue your health goals. You will learn the basics of physical fitness, nutrition, sleep & recovery, stress management, and weight management for optimal health. And you will be supported by a behavior coach along with dedicated fitness training, dietary strategy, and stress management support.
